| Yeah actually i think it could have been written by mike or tre, coz i think it makes more sense with it being about a daughter than adrienne, or one of billie's sons lol. Especially because Estelle, Mike's daughter is 13, and Ramona, Tre's daughter, is 16, so the "life unfolding" plus the "drama queen" thing of being a teenager, also possibly the "old enough to bleed" (wtf btw) indicates this. cute song though XD | |

Well I'm a massive Green Day fan, and I don't care what anyone else thinks, this song is awesome. It gives me goosebumps. And sure, Billie Joe's constant political views these days get a little boring, but he writes what he believes in, bares his soul to the world and earns millions doing it. This whole album is amazing. I don't get how people think it's terrible, but whatever. Like Green Day need them. |

are u sure its "falling from behind" in the echo? coz it really really really sounds like "on my mind"... i dunno. it WOULD fit, coz it matches to "on my mind" earlier in the song. anyway, i dunno the meaning. just every lyrics site seems to say "falling from behind"....i just doesnt fit. psh. |
