But yes, this song is truly mind-blowing. I love the contrast between the somewhat creepy (for lack of better words) distorted guitars and the heavenly cooing of the female vocalist. |

I think this song represents how some people can outwardly appear to be 'fine' when really they are severely depressed on the inside. Hence the gradual change from 'sueisfine' to 'suicide'. It could also be about denial; how the person is trying to make themself think they're okay when they're not. Or about how the people around that person are not acknowledging that something is wrong. |

Magical Trevor, I completely disagree with basically everything you stated in your post. It makes you sound very old-fashioned and uninformed.
Meat does not necessarily have to be part of our diet - that's complete bullshit. The human race ate each other thousands of years ago, do you think it's right that we should do it now, just because we used to? Of course not. And the same should be for animals. These days we have plenty of healthy and appealing alternatives to meat. I think it's really fucked up in this day and age how the majority of people have no empathy for other living creatures.
But anyway, this is an amazing song from an amazing band. |
