does this sound "alan parsons"-e to anyone else?? im sorry thats random but as i listened to the album the second he starting singing it made me think of alan parsons project lol but ANYWAY i really wish i was able to interpret lyrics but since i cant i read every comment and then decide if i agree with any of it or not. but ill have to agree with the "hard to be the better man" i feel that i struggle with the same thing. i have a minor anger management problem. not really violent but i just have a short fuse.... Anywho lol it really connects to me because sometimes i feel it would be so much easier to beat the living s**t out of someone as a quick fix instead of trying to work out a problem and thats what i thing the baby drowning verse is about. going for the quick fix instead of solving it. my dad always taught me "Don't cut what you can untie" this song is so powerful and makes me shudder every time i listen to it. |
