I think the last bit is: Come on come on come on come on Tell me, come on Tell me how much better the weather And greener the grass, man Show me how it used to be The whole song is a tongue-in-cheek take on people who remember the past as being so much better than the present. Definitely one of my very favourite Kills songs. |

Named after the film "Battle Royale", the original version had an audio sample from the film at the beginning but they couldn't get the rights to put it on the record. Kicks ass on the album, kicks 1000x more ass live. I LOVE this band ^_^ |

| One of my top 10 favourite songs ever, each element is perfectly in place. Had a fantastic experience last spring listening to this song on headphones while standing in the middle of a huge thunderstorm. I'll never forget it, those five minutes were sheer magic. | |

A studio version of "No Horse" is set to be released with the next wave of Vault packages, probably from late February to mid March. It is also possible this track will be included on the next Dead Weather record, hypothetically being released in April. |

| It definitely is "After Hours", originally done by the Velvet Underground. There is one version of this song done by the Stripes, recorded live, but the last time I checked it was one of 4 or 5 tracks the band forbid to be traded by fans (mostly because in this early recording the band is very clearly drunk). Still a very nice cover if you can find it, it's Meg's first solo singing I think. | |
