This song is an amzing almost harmony IMO. i agree with fear it does rival 'Swing Life Away'. Tims voice carries alot of emotion, and the way he is able to work it in with the accoustic sounds of the song is incredible, i alsoi think the female voice in this song adds a new dimension to Rise Againsts work.
I think this song is about a failed relationship, and almost to point where the male feels as thogh he is being left behind (the roadside), he is also being hung up and out to dry... just like the washing, just left there to dry. |

its not about Tom. Its about a special someone though, i do agree with that.
Apparently Blink will be getting back together after Tom has finished touring with AVA. We can only hope so anyway.. |

I really doubt this song is about blink, however I have heard that when Tom is finished touring with AVA that blink are getting back together, not sure whether there is any truth to these rumours or not, if it is true that will be the single greatest thing that could ever happen.
