This is a strange song. I think it has subliminal messages. I thought I heard someone calling my name a few times while listening. Also this song drones on and on, it's weird. It seems to me like it is a lot longer than the 1:43 it clocks in it. |

This is a great song. I love the harmonys and of course the sense of doom portrayed through all these lyrics.
I guess you could take a literal meaning of these words, that we have actually broken something, and now we are "fucked".
The meanings could even lie deeper,into religion. Not opening is never knowing, so why deny knowledge? |

On http://www.misfitscentral.com it says that this song was written specifically for Mars Attacks! the film, based on the trading card game.
I remember watching the movie years ago, yet I do not see any direct relation to the lyrics and the movie. This is not one of my perferred tracks to listen to off this album. I find it kind of lacking energy and formulatic, maybe that's why it was never included on the films soundtrack. |

This song is awesome. Definitely one of my favorites from The Misfits with Graves.
I randomly get this song stuck in my head even when not listening to it for weeks!
I think this song is about going crazy, which ties in what FRANK had said. It is actually a pretty terrifying song, if you look at the lyrics.

This is a sick song...with the distortion and the lyrics/voice of dave makes it seem to last an eternity.
Then to read the lyrics, and see shit about kissing scorpions, and cars smacking into trees....
I think it's about someone losing their mind, then realizing there was nothing to ever lose. |

wow, i used to play MUDS all day and listen to mainly magnet songs. i have no special memories of this one in particular. but this is a work of genius. or at least a lot of drugs.

I think the beginning of the song sets it up perfectly. It is almost like a rollercoaster ride, and with the way the lyrics keep coming back to the 'fucked your mom part', it's great in so many ways. |
