| James Blunt – You're Beautiful Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Cheap, sellable tripe. There are so many more meaningful, touching ballads that nobody will ever hear because they're too busy trying to identify with this annoying choirboy's painful voice. Pain of Salvation - This Heart of Mine. | |
| Oceansize – Ornament/The Last Wrongs Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| It's got that climactic finale feel to it. There's a sense of joy in the music, a cheeky kind of grace. Sadly, it ends a wonderful album. Why'd the album have to end? That's not nice. | |
| O.A.R. – So Moved On Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| A broken relationship ended well for the writer. He's got over her, he's "so moved on", and he's better for it. The air is clearer, days seem brighter, life is better. Pretty coincidental that I'm going through something like this at the moment. | |

Just... wow. The 34th and 8th version of this speeds it up a little, bringing with it a frenetic happiness and passion. For the life of me, I can't help but have a huge goofy grin on my face every single time I listen to this. |

| Pain of Salvation – Ashes Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| When seen in the context of the rest of the album, it is the meeting of "He" and "She" in the Perfect Element. From the looks of it, they get together and have sex. They realise they are both screwups, but keep copulationg copiously anyway. | |

Some of the most incredible lyrics that are too confusing to truly say what they mean. "What cannot speak cannot lie I beg for more patience but you're still wasting I should not have to make apologies." The thundering, powerful delivery of the final line is a starburst of intense vocal delivery. Pure awesome. |
