This song is bassically about man questioning god and his existence, and is also about mans anger at god for what is happening. Animae also sees what has become of mankind and so begins to shrink and fade, ie wither away from existence as animaes existence is no longer nesaccary as money is now imagos god. |

I reckon this song is a contrast to this heart of mine, as this heart of mine was admireing the beauty and love in a realationship. Whereas undertow is about the pain and agony of ending a relationshipp and somtimes u just feel like dying and the world cant go on. |
