Ok, I'm pretty sure the lyrics are, "Your soft skin is writhing, a joy you can't keep in" Which would yno, make sense with the whole "we'd share each other like an island", meaning sex, and obviously your skin does...writhe and you can't keep it in, so yeah. This song is so beautiful. It's just about loving someone and them being so far away. Their voices sound so nice together too. |

This reminds me so much of a situation that I was in. I had this thing with this guy and he said all these nice things to me, then when I got back off of a holiday he suddenly didnt want to talk to me or see me anymore... I still 'believed in him' for a while afterwards. I'm pretty much over him I think now. I just tell myself that that person doesn't exist anymore. Pretty sad really. |

This song reminds me of a situation I'm in. I think obviously he is in love with this woman and wants to have sex with her and he is trying to tell her how much he loves her. I think they decide in the second verse either to have sex or not to have sex, but she still doesn't want to. Then, on the 'imperfect day', they have sex and it ruins what they have, and she will no longer be with him anymore. It's a very beautiful and sad song. |

This song is about his instrument teachers daughter when he was a child. I dont remember what the instrument was, but it was one that you blow, something like a recorder. So yeah, basically she was pretty and he could'nt take his eyes off her. It was on his website. Its a gorgeous song. |
