This is a real beautiful song. There are so many ways to interpret this song. This song reminds me of a good friend of mine that lives in Seattle that I deeply love and that I have not seen in a year. I keep in contact with her through email, but I have not yet told her how I feel. There are times where I feel like she knows how I feel, but she is waiting for me to say it and I feel terrible for making her wait. I think about her all the time and I think about how are life would be if we were together. This part of the song really hits home. This is my favorite Pearl Jam song. Oh, I walked the line, when you held me in that night Oh, I walked the line, when you held my hand that night I love how Pearl Jam took something like getting pulled over by a cop and having to walk a line and then came out with a love song. When you have someone that you deeply care about whether they notice you or not you will always walk the line for them. |

This is my favorite song by TOOL. It reminds me of someone that I have really strong feelings for that I have not seen for almost a year now. I can remember the touch of her hand and getting lost in her eyes and with each passing day I still feel her and its killing me. I feel to connected to let go. |
