oh this one is the best:

i mean it's so delicate of thim to think of how delicate de balance is, once you reach it, so to keep it you have to struggle. but once you struggle it's not good anymore, it's not natural. so i could just understand it's never good, except for certain short moments. you can't have happiness, you can't plan it, it can only happen, and when it does, you can just enjoy it, not thinking about how it's going to end.

what I love about this song (which btw I only discovered yesterday although I had dad it for ages in my playlist) is the evolution from sincerity to sarcasm. "cause the first few lines are as serious as can be regarding "rules to breakig up". I mean sincerity is something I personall would very much appreciate, no matter the reasons. but then as he sings on he starts getting all critical and I think that he's talking to more people at once . I simply love the way he passes from one to he other. it makes it deliciously interesting. :) nada surf rule. |

well I actualy think that the phrase "I guess this is growing up" atually means something. it's about realising how easy you've had it until now and how life actually sucks.
like "I'm writing the report on losing, and failing" that clearly shows how failiure is one major part of life and basically what it consists of. and I mean failiure in every domain: like money, love, friends and I bet this song could be extended to more than just one field. |
