When Coheed murders his own twin children Matthew and Maria because he was led to believe they carried a virus that would destroy Heavens Fence and The Keywork, this speaks insanity to me. Claudio Sanchez is mentally ill yet a genius at the same time.
Star IV is Earth in the Story.
Coheed's son Claudio is the main character throughout the rest of the story. In the song "Feathers" on No World For Tomorrow" he speaks of his love interest "Newo" who is some sort of bird-like woman.
Does anyone else see this whole story the ramblings of a mentally ill individual?
However I will say , when Claudio does kill Matthew and Maria(the twins), this does make me sad. |

I've been trying to write a song like this for quite some time. I think Tom is just trying to convey how much he wants everyone to be able to have a great life without violence,hate,death,killing and all the horrible things that we get thrown in our lives.

He uses the extremes of violence and fire to represent the opposite of these things he wants for everyone.
