| Evans Blue – Cold (But I'm Still Here) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| this song is soooo kickass. i cant even believe it. this song brings out so emotion, probably because of the intensity of the song. the music and the guys voice wow i cant even describe it. the official definition is up there so im not gonna try 2 give an opinion on that. this song is just amazing tho. especially the guys voice later in the song starting at the "you're so endearing..." then at the end of that verse "am i ever on your mind" is just sung unbelievable. just thought id say that. | |
| Red – Break Me Down Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Like a few of the other songs on the CD, this seems to be about a guy running away and hiding from God and wishing to get back to Him. | |

the band seems 2 b a Christian band and the song seems 2 b about a guy who's been running away from God and is trying to get back to Him. this band is absolutley amazing. Almost everyone will have heard of RED by the end of the year. |

| The Fray – How To Save A Life Lyrics | 19 years ago |

just curious if anyone else got this impression from the part: "pray to god he hears you and pray to god he hears you" It seems to me as if the first line is like "Pray to God he hears you." and the second line is like "Pray to God. He hears you." The first line meaning that you're praying to God that the guy you're trying to help hears you(agrees, understands) and the second line meaning pray to God. God hears you. That's the impression I get from it at least. I'm not sure if it's Isaac's voice that makes me think it's that or if it's how its used in the song. I don't know. I just don't think it's merely repeating the line twice. What do you all think? |

| Wolf Parade – This Heart's on Fire Lyrics | 19 years ago |

r u guys serious? u really think this is a sad song about someone depressed or a break-up? it seem pretty obvious that it's a happy song. he's so happy with the one he loves(his wife im guessing) that he wants to do nothing else but be at home with her. "And you're my favourite thing" "It's getting better all the time" "Once you know you're alive" "I'd rather stay at home in real life" "This heart's on fire" cmon guys. |

| The Academy Is... – Down and Out Lyrics | 19 years ago |

amazing band. amazing song. one of the best on the cd. a couple slight changes to the words. "Why do I wear sunglasses in the home, When the sun went out about an hour ago? Why do I wear sunglasses in the home, When the sun went out about an hour ago? Life should not be that way." should be "Why oh why you wear sunglasses in the home, When the sun went down about an hour ago? Why oh why you wear sunglasses in the home, When the sun went down about an hour ago? Life should not be that way." |

| like sashko said, listen carefully. It definitley clearly says "lord" not "for." tho i do agree its a bit odd that he goes to talking to him to talking about him. amazing song. | |
