It's about suicide I think, specially referring to the lines: 'And how you bleed 'Cos you could bleed forever It burns and leaves the rope tied tonight It burns and leaves the rope tied...' Refers to cutting yourself and even hanging yourself I think. Very deep song! You become disgusted at the fact youve let yourself do this to yourself and you just want to escape. 'So let's get out of this town' I wouldnt take this line too literatly, I think its more escaping the pressures of everyone around you and just being on your own for a while you and your thoughts when referring to you or we in the song. |

I think this song is about dealing with your problems...and having someone there to support you. They will never know exactly what it feels like but them being there is important be it a close friend or a partner. The last few lines: 'And my strength is failing And I can't go on this way And this heart's not beating It just doesn't seem the same' Is about overcoming the problem, it gets really hard and sometimes you feel as if you cant cope and you dont feel like the person you use to be, you just want things to be how they were. |

Like Beni said its about media coverage and the problems matt has been through I love the line: 'But I don't care for your sweet scent Or the way you want me more than I want you' How the smell of the alcohol calls to you and how that it consumes you rather than you comsuming the alcohol when it gets out of control. |

This song is about the demons in your life I think. Like any addictions, problems or dark shadows about your past that haunt you. Its about doing something about these problems and working them out rather than just sitting around moaning and screaming about them to people or just to yourself. As hard as it may be you have to deal with whats thrown at you and work it out, might take time but in the end it will all work out. |

The song is about friends and being away from them on tour and such. The whole album is specifically based not about relationships for a reason. This song means a lot to me because I am away from my friends a hell of a lot when they are at univsersity I can totally connect with it. |
