This song is a question of the afterlife; this is obvious with serj talking about ghosts, and death. Consider these lyrics: Do we, do we know, when we fly? When we, when we go, do we die? Where do, where do we go, when we DIE? The question is do we know when we fly (leave our bodies?) The answer is, no, nobody knows when they will fly. The next question, is when we go, do we die? The obvious answer to this question is, NO! Now, athiests would argue that when we die, thats it, just nothingness, non-existantace, eternal. Thats just not true, many people have had an experiences of dying on the operating table and such, and saw what it was like after. The final question is WHERE do we go when we die? Well, obviously serj does not beleive that there is nothingness after death, or he would not ask this question, its clear to me, that serj believes in God, and an afterlife. Serj would be correct in believing about God. The truth is God is not willing that any man perish, he will have all men to be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth. Christ is that truth, of course. |
