great song. i agree with much of what bobtheflob said. but 'they all won't love me, she won't let me forget' sounds like he just broke up with his girlfriend and she keeps on reminding him the she loved him unlike most people that he'll meet. so i'm not quite sure how that fits into the relationship with god. maybe someone could clear that up? |

i love this song. i agree with frunt about the song being somewhat about the priority of god in our life and things trying to distract us from him but i don't understand how the "you were smiling baby' fits into that |

i agree with whitewolfmaze about the friend dying. 'the dreamclub murders' might be the result of drunk driving (because of glass in the trees) "And I remember you aspiration, your dream to fit in." .. drinking to fit in? |

the punching skulls is about some sort of domestic violence .. i'm just not sure if its him doing it to a girl, or he knows a girl who is being abused. things change from first person to 2nd person to 3rd person so its somewhat confusing. can anyone clarify? |
