I feel like I'm intruding on argument here...
This isn't cheesy. 'Love is blind... My heart was blinded by you'. It's putting a twist on what some may call 'cheese'. You can't say lines like "You can't break my sprit, it's my dreams you take" is in any way cheese or anything except lyrical genius!
P.S. I don't like Ashlee Simpson or Ricky Gervais, but I haven't even heard of 98 degrees. There's my opinion on the more unrelated matters. |

Where are the comments on this song? This is one of James's best... I've no idea what he's talking about in it, especially the line "those three wise men they've got a semi by the sea". So what if three intellectuals have a semi-detached property near the coast? I don't get this at all... |

Right, here's a comment on this song.
It's amazing, fanatsically catchy and a beautiful tune.
I think the line is "see the fire that burns" not "see the liar that burns". Now it makes sense, no?
I don't think it's about one specific thing, but each line has its own sort of self-contained relevance. "Hold memory close at hand", "Find comfort in pain" etc. |

You're right, nobody seems to have heard of him. He's brilliant. This song's amazing, so simple and heartfelt. I especially like the lines "Love is blind but that I knew, and my heart was blinded by you" and "You can't break my spirit, its my dreams you take"
However, the lyrics are slightly dodgy on this. What on earth is 'tunnel right'? I think you'll find it's 'eternal right'. |

This song has got to be one of the most underrated... it's brilliant, one of the best on the album. Peter Pan? Hope not. I'm never gonna listen to it in the same way again. |
