I was doing an art piece which involved writing out all the my chem lyrics and I came up with an idea of what this song might be about. I think its about divorce. I'm not gonna translate each line but if you think about it it makes sense, this guy is sulking in his house and has lost all of his friends over this divorce while the woman has bled him dry and spent all her money on a good car and because of that she has "plastic" friends who only like her for her money ("the barbies and Kens") maybe cos shes now got a rep as being heartless cos she left her husband? OR maybe the woman goes around marrying men for their money ("the bodies she lends") and thats how shes so rich nad she just plays it like a game ("barbies and kens") Basically i think this is a song about a woman and how she goes around marrying people, taking their money and ruining their lives. Just a thought |
