It MUST be a song about a dog, what is more, a song from the dogs point of view... maybe her sister sophia lost a dog and he made it to make her feel better or something jeje

"Sofia" is a city in hugary which is known to contain too many stray dogs. I have absolutly no doubt the song is about that city and these dogs.
