I think this is a great song. Weird title for a somewhat heart felt song. I think the title was a bad choice, 'cause people either expect a wild profane fun-loving song or parents expect... well, the same thing but in a bad way. ;) Either way, both are wrong.
Good song. Definitely worth listening to. |

I don't think that's even the main focus of the song. Not directly anyway: I think it's more like Guernica said: It's about how society uses all of our resources to make us do what they want.
As JasperAvi says: It's just about what gets the ratings. People get so brainwashed by it thinking it's all real that they begin to follow it like it's the Bible.
Excellent song. Definitely one of my favs from the album. |
