I really love this song, it's one of my favorite songs... This song is also used for the last scene of the beautiful movie "the butterfly effect" I don't know if anyone of you have seen the movie yet so I won't tell that much about it, because otherwise you already know everything and have no reason to watch it anymore It's about a boy (played by Ashton Kutcher) who discovers that he can go back in time and change the past by reading his journals. He tries to prevent his first big love to kill herself. But every attempt ends bad, he can't find a way to save her because every change in the past changes things in the future. I won't tell how it ends, but it's a beautiful movie, I adore the movie just as much as this song, and that's really a lot. |

Eden is so beautiful, this song always reminds me to that one special friend of me, who i, unfortunately, don't see that often anymore. He had put these first lines on a letter to me: "Did you ever think of me As your best friend Did I ever think of you I'm not complaining I never tried to feel I never tried to feel this vibration I never tried to reach I never tried to reach your eden" I love everything about this song. The lyrics, the melody, the voice... I totally went crazy when i heard her sing it live on Marktrock '04, and took my phone immediately to let that friend hear it. I don't think that's about a human and a plant :p I think it's about two persons, who are insecure about eachother. She wonders what she meant to him, what he thought about her. Did he think she was his best friend? His enemy? She said she never tried to reach his eden, eden is like heaven. But i'm not sure what they mean with saying she never tried to reach his eden... Any ideas? |

this is one of the most beautiful songs i've heard. I love it since the first time i heard it Especially these lines are very beautiful: "give me all your true hate and I'll translate it in our bed into never seen passion, never seen passion that it why I am so mad about you" the song is about being totally mad about someone, but she sings that trouble the middle name is of herself AND of the person she's crazy about, but if it's wrong to be mad about him? So i think she has her insecurities about them as a couple. But that's only my opinion, this song can mean something different to you |
