"I'm getting sick of these hardcore Beatles fans saying that they never did drugs. This song is about drugs, so is I Am The Walrus, and so is Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds (and yes that does stand for LSD). There were many others but this is definitely one of them. This whole song is about how he can't handle some people who aren't in the mind state he is when hes high on drugs. This makes his head full of sunshine and he doesn't want any rain (sadness, depression) into his system, so hes fixing the hole in his head that the rain comes through and hes getting high."
