song sucks - ad the great guitarist mick gets screwed once again, not by actually be given the ability to do a solo, but having to do a horrible solo for a lame song. if they lost half the band and corey stopped being a little bitch, then they would actually have some good recognition (not to mention music)and a good fanbase instead of the usual little "abl's" that you always see posting on this section.
seriously, i know they can write good lyrics, but they continually dont. why? |

i wouldnt say that, it seems like you just have a very different taste in musical preferances.
maybe lighter guitar work is your thing (its a guess, merely thought upon by which the bands you have listed)

is say this song is about a viking battle at a deadly mountain known as amon amarth/mount doom, and of course the vikings win HEIL ODIN.
you dont have to keep the origin of the name amon amarth with its original setting (lotr) when reading the lyrics. ex. the "mountain of doom could just be a heavily fortified enemy encampment! |

morbid angel is death metal. while it is true that one of th main themes in black metal is its lyrical content of anti-christinity and self suffience, it takes a lot more to actually be put under the type of metal that is black.
i suggest some of you actually learn about what your saying before you go saying it. many "rawists" would kill you if they heard someone say morbid angel was black metal. epecially those of euronymous' doctrine.
