• Welp it's the start of a new year. Again. What I wouldn't give for it to be 2009. Then I would have my license, be close to getting my braces off, and turning 17 shortly. But oh well, since it'll be 2008 for the next year (go figure), I might as well make some resolutions. So here they are: *AHEM* Number 1) EXERCISE MORE - That's kind of the standard resolution though. God knows how long that will last. Number 2) LEARN TO PLAY ONE FULL SONG ON GUITAR - I have a guitar. I have hands to play a guitar. I just don't know a song. I'm thinking I want to learn either Self-Conclusion by The Spill Canvas, complete Boats and Birds by Gregory and the Hawk, or some song by Mayday Parade. Matt, help! Number 3) SAVE UP $1000 - There's really no reason for this one, except I need money to get my G2 in 2009. Not to mention, I need to start saving for university. Number 4)BE MORE INDEPENDENT - So this one basically means I need to start going places by myself, like the bathroom and the caf line to get food. I should be able to go to the bathroom without a friend tagging along by now, right? Number 5) BE MORE OUTGOING - Well, I've realized that I am sort of attractive, guys do check me out sometimes, and maybe I could flirt with people I don't know. So I think if I see a cute guy, maybe I'll try talking to him. What's the worst that could happen? Number 6) GET OUT MORE - I'm so lucky to live in a town with so many shows, so I should damn well be going to them. And that's it. Who knows if I'll actually stick to them, but they're fun to make anyways =]
