Founded in 2013 as a side project by Joey Jordison (who was Slipknot's drummer at the time). The band featured lead guitarist Jed Simon (Strapping Young Lad) and Kris Norris (Darkest Hour), with keyboardist Chris Vrenna (Nine Inch Nails) and vocalist Henry Derek.

The band was disbanded in 2016, with four of the members including Jordison forming a new band Vimic in the same year.
