A heavy metal band that formed originally as a side project for Phil Labonte (Shadows Fall original vocalist). However, it became his main focus after being asked to leave Shadows Fall.

The band has changed their style over time, with a more melodic hard rock sound on later albums compared to the more melodic death metal sound of earlier albums.
