And when you walk into the room
I feel the world dissolve
I fall at your feet

And when you look at me
I swear the beating of my heart is
About to cease

Oooh, you make me wanna
Deny the world
Deny the man I wanna be
Deny the oxygen that moves inside of me

Deny my friends
Deny the sensibility

I have surrendered now
I only wonder how

Sparks fly when our worlds collide
And I am falling at your feet
Stars shine so much brighter
You make me wanna sit right by
And watch the world falling at your feet

And when you speak to me
I can't wait for the next word
To fall out of your mouth

And when you close your eyes
I wonder what the thoughts look like
You never let out

Ooooh, you make me wanna
Deny the world
Deny the man I wanna be
Deny the food that brings the energy I need
Deny myself
My individuality

I have surrendered now
I only wonder how

Sparks fly when our worlds collide
And I am falling at your feet
Stars shine so much brighter
You make me wanna sit right by
And watch the world falling at your feet

And if losing myself
Means becoming a part of you
Then I know I'm becoming
Something beautiful too

You make me wanna be a better man

And when you walk into the room
I feel the world dissolve
I fall at your feet

And when you look at me
I swear the beating of my heart is
About to cease

Sparks fly when our worlds collide
And I am falling at your feet
Stars shine so much brighter
You make me wanna sit right by
And watch the world spin around
and watch the
Sparks fly when our worlds collide
And I am falling at your feet
Stars shine so much brighter
You make me wanna sit right by
And feel 10 feet high
And make the colours seem bright
And my only desire
To sit right by and watch the world
Falling at your feet.

Aww, you are such a sweetheart! We definately need to bond furthur on MSN. I've actually never met someone so into Darren as me ever! And as I said, your english is flawless. You can spell better than me!! Hahaha! Yes! "What You Like" is my favorite song in the entire world! Ever! Love it, love it, love it! And this song definately has the same essence, which makes it so adorable. I feel bad for you that you are being taken advantage of in a way darling. I know it's so hard to break away from a relationship, and being taken for granted because you want it to work out. I will be thinking of you!

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.
