Run run run away so lost lost never comin'
Home rollin' rollin' down a track
No no I'm never comin' back
Love pumpin' in my veins
Our love I hope it's not too late
That's the road that's the load that's the role
I've been down I've been down I've been down

(What part of forever)
(Don't you understand)

I could stay stay stay, if that's what you want want want
I'd give it to you you you
If I had a heart heart heart
And we could go go go
And never look back on now
I'd give it to you you you
If I had a heart heart heart

Run run run away so lost lost never comin'
Home rollin' rollin' down a track
No no I'm never comin' back
Love pumpin' pumpin' in my veins
Our love I hope it's not too late
That's the road that's the load that's the role
I've been down I've been down I've been down down

(What part of forever)
(Don't you understand)

I could stay stay stay, if that's what you want want want
I'd give it to you you you
If I had a heart heart heart
And we could go go go
And never look back on now
I'd give it to you you you
If I had a heart heart heart

Imagine eternity, it doesn't seem that hard
They say nothing lasts forever
We'll have to prove them wrong

I could stay stay stay, if that's what you want want want
I'd give it to you you you
If I had a heart heart heart
And we could go go go
And never look back on now
I'd give it to you you you
If I had a heart heart heart

This is my favorite song from the Eclipse soundtrack and I can imagine this song from Jacob's and Bella's point of view.

"Run run run away so lost lost never comin Home rollin rollin down a track No no i’m never comin back heart pump pumpin in my veins Our love I hope its not too late That’s the road that’s the load that’s the role I’ve been down i’ve been down I've been down down"

To me this is about Jacob leaving when he recieves Bella's wedding invitation without knowing where he's really gonna go. He feels frustrated and angry, but above all he feels sad because the love he feels for Bella(the love pumping in his veins) is not enough to save her from the, for him, horrible destiny of becoming a vampire. I quote from the book: "If the silence in my head lasted, I would never go back. I wouldn’t be the first one to choose this form over the other. Maybe, if I ran far enough away, I would never have to hear again… I pushed my legs faster, letting Jacob Black disappear behind me"

"What part of forever Don't you understand" It reminds me of two things. This could be that part in the book when Jacobs says: "But I’ll never see anyone else, Bella. I only see you. Even when I close my eyes and try to see something else " At that point he feels that Bella is the woman he's gonna love forever and for always. Or Bella confirming that even though she loves him somehow, It's Edward the one she can't live without and the one she's gonna love forever.

"I could stay stay stay, if that’s what you want want want" Jacob only needs to hear the words from Bella's mouth and he'll "become whatever she needs him to be, whether that’s a protector, or a lover, or a friend, or a brother"

"I'd give it to you you you If I had a heart heart heart." That is Bella's answer. She can't love him 'cause her heart doesn't belong to her, it belongs to Edward.

"Imagine eternity doesn’t seem that hard They say nothing lasts forever We'll have to prove them wrong"...Bella's words to Edward...

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Blink-182
This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
