Have a little love, as were fighting with each other
Ain't no use in crying like the others
Were fools in need, fools to believe,
There are fools in need, to foolish to believe

I'm gonna, uh somebody, uh somebody
Uh somebody, uh somebody

here but don't you please, I've got time and time to bleed
It ain't no use in trying to deceive
I've been fooled by the lover, fooled by the sinner, fooled myself into thinking I was living

I'm fighting just to breathe as I get back off my knees
Help me somebody
Help me somebody
I'm fighting just to breathe as I get back off my knees
I'm gonna, uh somebody, uh somebody, uh somebody, uh somebody

She said
Suicides easy, what happened to the revolution
Suicides easy, what happened to the revolution
Suicides easy, what happened to the revolution
Suicides easy, what happened to the revolution

heavy little lovers, as were fighting with each other
Ain't no use in suffering like the others
Were fools in need, fools to believe,
There are fools in need, to foolish to believe

I'm fighting just to breathe as I get back off my knees
Help me somebody
Help me somebody
I'm fighting just to breathe as I get back off my knees

I'm gonna, um somebody, um somebody, um somebody, um somebody, um somebodies gonna, somebody, hurt Somebody,
Um somebodies gonna, somebody

She said
Suicides easy, what happened to the revolution
Suicides easy, what happened to the revolution
Suicides easy, what happened to the revolution
Suicides easy, what happened to the revolution

Sorry HawkBoy, I'm almost 100% the version on here's right (except for "heavy little lovers," which I think is meant to be the same as in the first verse.

Anyway, great Rock 'n' Roll tune — not quite sure what the lyrics mean though.

… though an educated guess'd be an anti-war song

easy a girl who has split up with a guy and the guy is fighting endlessly for her to be back with him but she runs of every-time suicide is just much easier basically giving in and just running away and what happened to the revolution is asking what happened to them getting back together it just aint there

is it just me or does the begining of this song sound just a little bit like the begining of PJ Harvey's This Is Love?

i kno this is probably wrong but this song seems like hes tryin to get off a drug. he wants to stop fightin with the band and just get along, but the addiction is making them angry. he fooled himself into thinking that doing this drug was living. and he needs help. :P

i dont see this being a depressing song whatsoever. the lyrics are kind of like of strength. like suicides the easy way out... what happened to the idea of change, revolution, and MAKING something happen. i dont think its anything about a relationship really or drugs. maybe it is but i dont see it that way.

Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
