"Ooh Baby Baby" as written by Clifford N. Branch Jr. and Phyllis Robinson....
Ooo la la la la
I did you wrong my heart went out to play
But in the game I lost you
What a price to pay, hey I'm crying

Ooo baby baby
Ooo baby baby

Mistakes I know I've made a few
But I'm only human
You've made mistakes too, I'm crying

Ooo baby baby
Ooo baby baby

I'm just about at the end of my rope
But I can't stop trying I can't give up hope
'Cause I feel that one day I'll hold you near
Whisper I still love you
Until that day is here I'm crying

Ooo baby baby
Ooo baby baby
Ooo baby baby
Ooo baby baby ooo

General Commentwhat!? no comments. This is like Smokey's signature song. He's sad 'cause he cheated on his girl. Now he realizes how big of a mistake he made. Beautifully composed

General CommentWRONG lyrics. I don't have time to fix it right now. One of my favorite songs ever, my dad used to sing this song to me all the time when I was little. Then meaning of the song, loosing his girl does not fit a father/daughter relationship, but the "ooh baby baby" part is why he/I liked it. It was sweet :)
