Beautiful, you're beautiful
As beautiful as the sun
Wonderful, you're wonderful
As wonderful as they come

And I can't help but feel attached
To the feelings I can't even match
With my face pressed up to the glass
Wanting you

Beautiful, you're beautiful
As beautiful as the sky
Wonderful, it's wonderful
To know that you're just like I

And I'm sure you know me well
As I'm sure you don't
But you just can't tell
Who'll you love and who you won't
No, who'll you love and who you won't

And I love you, as you love me
So let the clouds roll by your face
We'll let the world spin on to another place
We'll climb the tallest tree above it all
To look down on you and me and them

And I'm sure you know me well
As I'm sure you don't
But you just can't tell
Who you'll love and who you won't
No, who'll you love and who you won't
No no, who'll you love and who you won't
No no

Don't let your life wrap up around you
Don't forget to call, whenever
I'll be here just waiting for you
I'll be under your stars forever
Neither here nor there just right beside you
I'll be under the stairs forever
Neither here nor there just right beside you

"I'll be here just waiting for you I'll be under your stars forever neither here nor there, just right beside you I'll be under the stairs forever neither here nor there, just right beside you"

There was a small room, in the back of the old house, tucked under the back stairs, where he spent many lonely hours. It was in this room that most of the songs on Mellon Collie, including Beautiful, were written(or at least those parts he didn't hear in a dream)

and, yes ... she was beautiful. and still is.

This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
