"Killer" as written by Sealhenri Samuel and Adam(adamski) Tinley....
Brother, brother
Sister, sister

It's the loneliness that's the killer

So you want
To be free
To live your life,
The way you want to be
Will you give,
If we cry?
Will we live,
Or will we, die?
Oh

Jaded hearts heal with time
Shoot that love (oh whoa whoa whoa)
So we can
Stop the bleeding, oh

Solitary brother (brother)
Is there still a part of you that wants to live?

Solitary sister (sister)
Is there still a part of you that wants to give?

Solitary brother (brother)
Is there still a part of you that wants to live?

Solitary sister (sister)
Is there still a part of you that wants to give?

If we try
Live our lives
The way we wanna be yeah

Oh, love love
Oh, love love
Oh, love love

Brother, brother
Sister, sister
Brother, brother, brother, brother, brother

There's no other love, there's no other love, there's no other love
There is no other love, no other love like ours
There's no other love, there's no other love, there's no other love
There is no other love, no other love like ours
There's no other love, there's no other love, there's no other love
There's no other love, there's no other love, there's no other love
There is no love

Solitary brother (brother)
Is there still a part of you that wants to live?

Solitary sister (sister)
Is there still a part of you that wants to give?

Solitary brother (brother)
Solitary sister (sister)
Is there still a part of you that wants to give?

Racism in among future kings can only lead to no good
Besides, all our sons and daughters already know how that feels
Yeah yeah yeah
Love love love

General CommentYeah, aids came to mind when I heard it, at the time it hit the charts in '91, but later I could say it's also about feeling trapped in a world where everything's for sale, how hard it can be to find the peple you really wanna rely on.
He's never been a man to put out easy lyrics (what _is_ the opening track "The Beginning" about? Can't say I have a clure but it's a terrific opener) - some of the songs on his first album were about standing up for the idea that love matters much more than money. This one does take that stand on some level, doesn't it?

General CommentMy favorite song ever, but prefer the original Adamski with seal. Clever almost miltary drumbeat.

General CommentAIDS never even crossed my mind; crazy, huh? I think it's about people with broken hearts (jaded hearts) and how they hold on to love too long, or can't get into another love

    General CommentNothing about AIDS specifically!

The song is pretty straightforward, and is about the damage that all prejudice has

General CommentAIDS hadn't crossed my mind either, interesting though. I thought it was about the damage unrequited love & racism can do. Its like he's trying to send a message... a warning if you will.

Man... Seal was light years ahead of anybody else.
