I don't think it's about his beliefs at all. Besides, Brandon loves Las Vegas because he's seen some good in the place. Not everything is about the city of sin. And as fyi, the members of the lds church are very strong in Las Vegas, in fact they are one of the strongest members. |

What??? Why constantly accuse others of such negative things? At the end of the day, how can anyone sign a contract with the devil, with a pen and paper??? Ha ha ha, this made me laugh! :) I don't deny the devil exists and can overpower us through different things, but there's a greater power that I'd rather talk about. When we talk badly of others, we aren't builders of people and we can't possibly see the light. |

It could be, it could not. If it was, it would be more addressed to his family who are active members of the lds church, as the family would be perhaps sad of his choices. No one in the church, not even leaders force anyone to leave. Free agency has a big importance in the lds church. Yes leaders would work with the members, missionaries, home teachers/visiting teachers to see if they can reach out to the person and if they could help in any way, but no one would force you. About the confessing thing, unless it's something you can't deal with and find peace with, you wouldn't necessarily go to the bishop. You only go to the bishop if you struggle with finding peace in your repentance or struggle. He's there to help you and counsel you in a most loving and encouraging way. Otherwise, it's between you and God. It's a good thought, but not sure this song is about the church? |

This gorgeous song was written by Neil Diamond. And Elvis made it sound his own as always! He was a fab singer and performer!
I remember growing up hearing Elvis around the house as my older brothers loved him. I only got to like Elvis in my early 20's when I discovered his gospel songs. I always found his songs and voice fun and pleasant, but I felt I discovered a new Elvis when I first heard his gospel songs, perhaps an Elvis I recognised more. In many artists I get confused, because I rarely get to feel who they really are when on stage.... I have to see them in interviews to get the real feeling of who they are. I like to feel people's spirits, that's something maybe odd in me, but that's how I can connect with people. If I don't, I move on. |

What occult symbols? What's this thing people are on about, mind control, illumiati....? I think the most dangerous thing is what we let in our minds, such negative thoughts. I don't agree with the sexual stuff in lady gaga's videos, and I don't like the way religion or God are blamed for people's silliness. so I choose not to watch her videos. I think that these things can bring some dark stuff, but I wouldn't go as far to make such accusations. I read a bit on the internet. Most artists if not all are accused of being in illuminati, this is insane! I don't know enough about it, but I don't believe that's the way to see things. I am not ignorant, I know that witchcraft exists. I know many missionaries who are sent to countries that do witchcraft. When their parents ask if it's safe to send their 18 year old sons to such places, they are told that these people too have a chance to come out of the dark and find deliverance. What I'm trying to say is that we shouldn't be scared. If we have love in our hearts, we want to reach out to people no matter what their backgrounds, therefore thinking negative and concentrating on the negative isn't right and it can also make people create stories that aren't true. I am not a fan of lady Gaga and I don't like her videos, but she has a nice voice and I have seen some of her interviews, she is a lovely person. I don't have to like or agree with her, that doesn't mean she's a bad person. |
