i don't understand why nobody has written about this song..it's so amazing..aside from t.t.o.m this is the best song on the album i think..i think this one of the few songs of this album that sounds like it is relating to e.y.e.w.t.k.a.s..i think this might be about the same girl that fucked him over.."you want to carry my heart in a bag thats broken" she is a broken person and she broke and left him, "you're asking when do i stop? when the bottle's empty" daryl is straight edge and i think its like sarcasim..he doesnt drink so how is he to now what to do..thats just what i think..anyone agree? |

i agree with alkalin3trio if you want to draw comparisons to other ppl who you think this song is about then fine..but maybe linkin park were talking about someone other than the world famous rappers (if they were even talking about someone in paticular 0 they could have bin tlkn in general)..and does anyone see a bit of contridiction in mike's lyrics? how he is dissing bands for having djs rappers etc wen linkin park have the same? but it may be only me..anyway i do like linkin park so dont think i am dissing them..but just brorden your outlook on rappers...not just nelly and eminem... |

this is actually a 'grey daze' song..grey daze were chester's old band...and they are very good....they had two albums..chester was the lead singer...ckeck out their other songs on song meanings...and download some of their mp3's as i have a feeling the cds are either out of print or very had to find..they are more conventional rock than linkin park..but they are still incrediable..chester left grey daze because he was writing all the songs,lyrics and music and the other band mates were getting all the credit for it..so chester got fed up and decided to join linkin park instead..make a comment plz...and look at my bands website:

no one has written a comment on this song so i would jst like to say this is fantastic song (like all of theirs) and the singer was chester bennington from linkin park..but he left because he was writing all the songs and music and the rest of the band were getting all of the credit for it..i personally think he would have been better off staying with grey daze than linkin park..but its his life |

i can relate to this song so much..it does describe my life (a cliche i no but its true) this is my second favourite saves the day song (after 'the way his collar falls')...it is just so descriptive..the only thing which i think is bad about this song (and the album) is that most of the songs are to short (but i still think cant slow down is my favourite saves the day album) |
