This song is beautiful. I remember my dad showing me this song when I was a kid, and I remember thinking "wow, I'm so happy that my parents are together and happy!" Little did I know that their marriage was hanging by a thread and I was basically the only thing holding it together. It blew apart when I was about 15, and neither of them had much regard for me during it. Everything blew up, my mom abandoned me, and it was just me and my dad who began taking to the bottle. I remember looking at my life and hating it so much. Then, one day I stumbled across this song again. I don't think I have ever cried that hard before. I have been a fan of Everclear ever since then.
