Yep. As the poster above said, it's about heroin addiction. This album, "The Headless Children", was an album about different social situations. It was totally different than the first three albums, which were all just songs without any real meaning. This is one of the best W.A.S.P. albums ever! Blackie really made a masterpiece here!
