To me, it sounds like it means that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and that things are going to appear differently to different people.
Oh, and for anyone who finds this message, I ask you something: I am trying to think of a song to play during a memorial slide show for my uncle, and it needs to be one of those songs that would make sense to play. Do you think this would be a good rememberance song, or no?
