I think this is a story about a very lonely man falling in love with a stripper. If he really does "get the girl" at the end, then it's kind of a sweet song about a diamond in a rough, managing to love in a sleazy situation, the whole "Pretty Woman"-prostitute-with-a-heart-of-gold thing. But if he doesn't get the girl and he's just dreaming about what he'd do if she went home with him, the song becomes more of a sad story about how lonely he is and how these peep shows prey on his loneliness by dangling an illusion in front of his face.
