"where'd you go now that everybody knows" sort of points to that. and he's saying now that he's been with her she doesn't really care about him anymore and he doesn't feel like he's worth anything. and it's like there's no feeling left in playing, because it used to be all he had, then he met her and she broke his heart, now nothing matters.
