isn't this site for song <i> meanings </i> ? well it's pretty clear that this song is about a guy who realizes that he's really hurting his girlfriend. He acknowledges that he keeps breaking promises and hurting her. Even though he realizes it, and that's half the battle, he can't seem to make sure it is actually the last time. (ie: "i won't do this anymore... starting tomorrow")
