This is like one of the best absolutely songs i've ever heard in my life. There's so much to say about it, it has so much meaning. Acid Bath is such a great band.
To bleed is a metaphor for giving, as in "give me more." I certainly agree it is a very sexual song and appeals to something primal, something intuitive, something carnal. Of course there's the other perspective that it's all just a metaphor for "life" in a very general sense, from birth to death and back again, with a little necrophelia thrown in for good measure. Also, I'm not certain, but I hear "I've been born with flesh and blood again..." instead of "bored," and "the deepest of love..." not "the deepest alone."
This song is about what all Acid Bath songs are about... Paganism, the south, doing drugs, and being a Pagan doing drugs in the south. Rock on!
Acid Bath's slower stuff has often been compared to Soundgarden and Alice in Chains, but I was always reminded of The Doors for whatever reason.

It is a song about a man dreaming he was an aborted fetus. The point of view is that he never wanted to be born. It is a backdoor abortion done in private thus bleeding an ocean. "I've become bored with flesh and bone again", points to a reincarnated being not wanting to exist. "It was over before you were born, sucked into a vacuum". He cannot find his way out and dies, just to wake up on the floor and remain in his nightmare. The visuals are very immersive and powerful.
