On the album "Alice Cooper goes to hell" Alice is brought before the king of hell. The word Satan is never used on the album, but it seems obvious that the king of hell is Satan. Instead of becoming scared when facing satan, Alice seems mostly surprised. He's seen Satan before, before he came to hell.

Now what does that mean? I am not sure. Maybe that Satan rules earth as well as hell?

I believe he is referring to the Curator of "Welcome To My Nightmare." Especially he asks "didn't we meet in the night, in my sleep somewhere?"

This would imply that he recognizes the Devil as the Curator he encounters during the Nightmare.
