I don't think it is necessarily a tribute to his fans, but rather to music. Music is the sick things.

This is Alice's tribute to his fans. The only part I don't understand is "sick things in cartridge tapes", because HE would be the one on the cartridge tape (the recording artist).

Sick things are demons..heavenly..rotate around stars in cars..the cars are like the flying cars of ancient Hindu legends..worshipful..paradise all terms relating to the divine..you can eat them and they share the love..
