this band sure say a lot,its hard to listen n take it all in what hes saying,so it takes a few listens,but im just listenin to the awesome riffs personally,cos they rock but what they are sayin seems very clever...top band
I dont know if anyone else feels this way,but this song to me is a big FUCK YOU to the people that says all metal is about devil worshipping and satanism which I have had said to me many times,this song sends a very positive message and helps people who have struggled through many different endeavors

Well, the later-half of live's long sentence I strongly agree with. It's pretty clear that the song is meant to motivate the audience. It's not a good song to actually listen to while studying for me, but it does help motivate me to do the work.
this song is about conquering the obstacles that you face in life, because failure is not an option as you long as your force yourself to persevere.
my favorite hatebreed song ever, i owe my life to this song i would of killed myself if this song didn't come on right when it did, i was writing my suicide letter secretly in my shared bedroom when my brother put this CD in our stereo. after hearing the last three lines of the second verse of this song "realize hope isn't short of your grasp, resurrect every dream that you buried alive, and never succumb to the war that you fight in your heart" i knew right then that no matter the struggle in life it can be overcome and defeated.
Hatebreed as a whole can be summed up as a different type of inspirational and motivational music for people who like to bang their heads while getting pumped and psyched for the day, or living through what can be a difficult life full of social oppression and hatred from others.
