Absolutely gorgeous. I could not express how much this song means to me. The above line captures it all for me.

this song fits my life soooo well... It's just like he was in a relationship, and realizes that it's long lost its flame. Everything now is a charade, and he's feeling stupid for having ever believed a word that fell from her lips. And he's kinda angry about the way that she (maybe) accuses him of not being supportive enough of her (the part about "sorry I'm so selfish"...so much sarcasm). blah blah.. short summary. it's not that hard to understand. or to relate to, sadly.

great song. the lyrics are just so truthful. you can hear his tone and emphasis just by reading the words.
