It's satire of the Reagan administration. He is concluding that they are no better than nazi's and we are brainwashed enough to think that he was a good president.

Reagan was a fucking terrible president. Bush is absolutley horrific as a leader-he should have never been given any political power

This song attacks Reagan and all his bullshit which resembled neo-fascism. it was very relevant when it came out in the 80's cuz Ronnie Raygun was in power.

Another good song like this one is YOU'RE FUCKED UP RONNIE by DOA-an excellent Canadian Punk Band
