im guessing this song is about some kind of stalker.... haha yeah... why i laugh?.... if this song is about some type of true experience.. i really feel sorry for him. :-(

I know exactly what he feels like. There was this guy, who was my friend but he was totally stalking me as well or at least it felt like it! Everywhere I was he was there! I didn't want to hurt his feelings or be to harse to him, but in reality I just wanted to scream at him: "FUCK OFF AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!" ;)

Jason said in an interview that they just think stalkers are interesting people and it's strange that people do that so they wrote a song about it, or something like that.

I think I heard the same interview that Scott did. I remember him saying that a stalker was just a character that fascinated him. And the part where he says "there you are to rape me and try on my clothes" was because Brad Pitt (I think) had a stalker who broke into his house. When they found him he was going through Brad's clothes and trying them on.

So basically, it's not based on a personal experience.

I like his voice in this song...lol, Brad Pitt? I gotta check into that. This is a good song too...can't relate at all though. I think stalkers are plain scary.
