To Sir With Love Lyrics

Those school girl days
Of telling tales and biting nails are gone
But in my mind
I know they will still live on and on

But how do you thank someone
who has taken you from crayons to perfume
It isn't easy but I'll try
If you wanted the sky I would write across the sky
in letters that would show a thousand feet high
To Sir with love

The time has come
for closing books and long last looks must end
And as I leave
I know that I am leaving my best friend
A friend who taught me right from wrong
and weak from strong
That's alot to learn

What, what can I give you in return
If you wanted the moon I would try to make the stars
but I would rather you let me give my heart
To Sir with love

But how do you thank someone
who has taken you from crayons to perfume
It isn't easy but I'll try
If you wanted the sky I would write
across the sky in letters that would show
a thousand feet high
To Sir with love

This song has an extremely deep and emotion tag on me, but not because I left my best friend, but because one of my best friends left me.....that best friend being my brother who was with me from crayons to perfume, did teach me alot but chose to take his own life (in my house), which was not only a big lesson in right from wrong, but took me from weak to strong. I still love him with all my heart and will always dedicate to him "To Sir With Love"......

This song is kind of gross. Would work well for the Lolita soundtrack.
