this song, in my opinion, is about believing that there is a better place and wishing to be there at that very moment, when you don't think you can go on
when im depressed i lsiten to this song it just makes me cry. for me, its about when everything goes wrong for you and your dreams fail and all you want to do is get away from it all and go 'over the rainbow' where everything is good.
