hmm...i think this song is when you have feelings for someone and you obsess over them. you know the whole "oh my god, are they looking at me? is he talking about me? how did he look at me?"
that sort of thing. you want to watch out cause you dont want to look stupid in front of them,in turn it makes you kind of "paranoid"
